Ziploc Bags and Pumpkin Ale

If it weren't for Ziploc bags and Pumpkin Ale, packing for China might not have happened!

We will be in China for 15 days and we are allowed to take 2 personal item bags (backpack and diaper bag) and 2 roller bags that are under 44lbs. Nearly impossible!  I've packed, repacked, and am light headed from sucking the air out of so many ziploc bags... and finally, I think our luggage is air tight and almost ready to go.

  2 suitcases, a diaper bag, and backpack - we will need to add shoes, toiletries and a few more things, but we are almost ready.

Landry and Lucy have eight outfits each - 5 ziplocs full (shirts/pants/pajamas/bathing suits/socks/shoes/sweatshirts) These bags ended up being a lot smaller after I sucked the air out of them!

Since we will be spending a lot of time in the hotel room with the kids; we are bringing some entertainment - balloons, a beach ball, finger puppets, toy cameras, books, blocks, coloring book/crayons, stacking cups, stickers, craft balls with a cup (you wouldn't believe how long a one year old can be captivated putting craft balls into a container) - some of these will go in the diaper bag for airplane fun!

Oh, and might I add that Blue Moon Pumpkin Ale is amazing and a wonderful drink to have when packing for a long trip!
